Job Description

This is a Night Shift Position available at Michael Foods Inc. The successful candidate will work on highly automated food processing equipment, ensuring all machinery operates at peak efficiency while adhering to strict GMP standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot highly automated food processing equipment during night shifts.
  • Ensure safety and quality compliance in all aspects of the job.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance on all equipment.
  • Monitor equipment efficiency and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance, preferably in a food processing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and PLCs.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation, including diagrams and schematics.
  • Familiarity with Servo Motors, VFDs, and HMIs.
