Your Role as an RN Supervisor:
* Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
* Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Qualifications
* Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing
* Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred

* Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus
