The compensation range is $19-$37/hr based on experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Installation, troubleshooting, and upkeep of fuel dispensing systems, point-of-sale systems, monitoring devices, and associated equipment.
  • Accurate logging of work order data, parts utilized, and all labor hours via a mobile application.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Working collaboratively with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining clear communication throughout the process.

What You Bring:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience with fuel dispensers, pumps, retail point-of-sale systems, and car wash equipment is essential.
  • A background in mechanical or electrical services is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in petroleum construction, installation, and heavy machinery is a significant plus.
  • A strong commitment to safety and knowledge of safety regulations.
  • A keen desire to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past five years is mandatory.

Role Requirements:

  • Location: Service areas as required.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with potential weekend availability.
  • License: Valid driver's license (mandatory).
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be necessary, including overnight stays, with travel expenses covered by Nwestco, LLC.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical that includes extensive lifting (up to 75 lbs), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.
