Manager of Patient Advocacy

As a Patient Advocate Manager, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and oversee quality home care delivery.
- Manage the coordination of client services and address urgent scheduling challenges.
- Foster enduring relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong communication with your team.
- Ensure effective financial oversight of your caseload by tracking key performance metrics.
Your collaboration with Office Associates and Clinical Managers will be vital in providing support and supervision to field staff.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a medical office or home care setting is preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
- A proven track record of taking on increased responsibilities and achieving goals.
- A desire for professional growth and advancement.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with electronic medical records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
