About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including 16 hangars and numerous support buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities, including managing a team of skilled maintenance professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of skilled maintenance professionals
  • Oversee all facilities maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage service and move tickets efficiently
  • Ensure the timely completion of preventative maintenance actions
  • Coordinate flightline, ramp, and taxiway maintenance, including airport arresting cable activities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring rapid response and resolution
Requirements
  • Must be able to obtain a US Security clearance
  • Experience leading teams
  • 10 Years experience working in facilities related roles
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Basic knowledge of electronic systems, HVAC Systems, and Computers/Computer hardware
  • Experience using the following systems:
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • SAP
  • ResolveIT/LM Buildings or AMCS (Asset Management Control Systems)
Desired Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong Understanding of Maintenance Schedules on equipment
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal with management, staff, customers, and external partners
  • Effective customer relationship skills and ability to build long-term relationships
  • Knowledge and experience in facilities management
  • Knowledge of Airfield Operations to include flightline, taxi ways
  • Project management experience
  • Government property management experience
