BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to our clients in Whitehall, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to work with our multidisciplinary team to provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations to ensure seamless care management.
Qualifications:
  • A current PA Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
