Weekend Caregiver

Job Description:
An individual who, under supervision, provides assistance with daily living skills, including but not limited to, light housekeeping, nutritional and environmental support, personal hygiene, feeding, and dressing. This role requires a caring and compassionate individual who can work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care to our clients.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year of direct care experience or equivalent educational experience. You will also need to be fluent in English, have good hygiene and a neat personal appearance, and be able to obtain CPR certification. Additionally, you will need to pass a clearance and reference check, obtain a 2-step TB test, and successfully pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities:
As a Weekend Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living skills, including light housekeeping, nutritional and environmental support, personal hygiene, feeding, and dressing. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our clients and reporting any concerns or issues to your supervisor.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care to our clients. You will need to be able to carry bundles upstairs weighing up to 10 pounds, stoop and bend, and travel to prospective clients' places of residence. You will also need to be able to hear and effectively communicate in English.
