Your Role: Taylor Corporation is currently seeking a Kitting Operator to contribute to our operations at Venture Solutions.

Important Note: This position requires compliance with the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). All candidates must undergo a federal background check, which necessitates U.S. citizenship.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble, bind, and package materials and products manually, including but not limited to medical devices.
* Conduct basic quality control inspections, including measuring, weighing, strength testing, package counts, and assessing product or package appearance.
* Fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and stack boxes on pallets according to instructions.

Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Your Work Schedule:
* 6am - 2pm, Monday - Friday

Essential Qualifications:
* Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
* Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
* Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines to perform job functions.
* Strong communication skills to convey accurate information and ideas effectively.
* Capability to remain stationary for extended periods.
* Regular operation of machinery and handling of products, including print materials.
* Frequent movement within the facility.
* Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 25+ pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
