Job Summary

Epic Dental Arts is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant RDA to join our team. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take and record vital signs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Assist with oral examinations, providing a comfortable and supportive environment for patients.
  • Prepare tray set-ups for oral procedures, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Prepare patients and operatories for dental procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Expose digital radiographs and film, and perform x-ray processing, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Support dentists by transferring instruments during procedures, such as fillings, crown preparations, and tooth extractions.
  • Provide better visibility for dentists by using suction and other equipment, enhancing the overall patient experience.
  • Take impressions and pour up models, requiring attention to detail and precision.
  • Provide post-operative instructions as prescribed by the dentist, ensuring patients understand their care and recovery.
  • Provide patient prevention education, promoting good oral health habits and awareness.
  • Maintain accurate patient treatment records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
  • Schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Work with patients on billing and payment, providing clear and transparent information.
  • Manage infection and hazard control protocol, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Identify and respond to medical and dental emergencies, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
