Job Overview

VRC Companies is seeking a skilled Shredding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our mobile shredding unit, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently destroying confidential documents on-site.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate mobile shredding equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Transport documents, equipment, and supplies to and from customer locations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company safety standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
