Job Summary
We are looking for a talented RN with a strong background in PICU to fill a 12-hour night shift position. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, utilizing strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in PICU care.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of West Virginia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pediatric Intensive Care.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- BLS and ACLS certification.

- Competitive hourly rate: $63.00 - $93.00 per hour, based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week.
