Nurse Practitioner

HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner - Critical Care to join our team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide education to patients and families on health and wellness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, utilizing strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and active certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., CCRN, ACNP-BC).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in critical care nursing, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other relevant software systems.
