Job Overview

We are seeking skilled technicians to join our body shop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $75,000 and $250,000, depending on qualifications and performance. Our benefits package includes:

  • A competitive base salary
  • Bonuses and commissions based on performance
  • Relocation assistance up to $3,000
  • A signing bonus of up to $6,000 (based on experience)
  • Tenure bonuses starting at 6 months from hire date
Job Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and repair vehicle damage using advanced techniques and tools
  2. Communicate effectively with parts department to obtain necessary components
  3. Inspect vehicles to identify additional safety or service needs
  4. Document all work performed and ensure accuracy
  5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  6. Comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in body shop technology
  • ASE certification, Assured Performance, and/or I-CAR certifications (preferred)
  • BMW and/or multi-brand experience (desired)

Additionally, all applicants must be authorized to work in the USA, possess a valid driver's license, and have a clean driving record.
