About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a General Merchandise Expert. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our sales floor is always stocked, accurately priced, and visually appealing to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Create a welcoming experience for all guests, engage with them in a genuine way, and provide assistance when needed.
  • Inventory Management: Be an expert and dedicated owner of select General Merchandise areas, ensuring that the sales floor is zoned, in stock, and accurately signed for guests.
  • Operations: Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals, including processing inbound deliveries, completing backroom daily and weekly audits, and maintaining backroom and fixture room organization.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales floor goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Welcoming and Helpful Attitude: Provide exceptional service to guests and other team members.
  • Technical Skills: Learn and adapt to current technology needs, including cash register operations and inventory management systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Follow multi-step processes and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Climb up and down ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
