We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at PNC Bank NA. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting PNC products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Sales and Service: Identify sales opportunities and act upon them to achieve sales goals, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of PNC products and services, effectively communicating their benefits and features to customers.
- Business Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue for PNC.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a related role, preferably in sales, customer service, or financial services.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to drive a commercial motor vehicle with a GVWR between 10,001 and 26,000 pounds.
