Occupational Therapist

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' daily living and work-related skills to develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to create and implement treatment plans that address patients' unique needs.
• Provide expert therapeutic interventions to improve patients' strength, coordination, and range of motion.
• Train patients and their families on adaptive techniques and strategies to enhance their daily lives.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and discharge planning.
• Document patient progress and outcomes to inform future care decisions.

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience, with home health experience a plus.
• Current and unrestricted OT licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
