Site Manager

Western Specialty Contractors is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee the production resources of our Little Rock branch.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and supervise a team of field personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and plan production resources to meet project demands
• Oversee and interface with contractors, sub-contractors, building owners, and property managers
• Manage field personnel, including recruitment, training, and retention
• Administer safety programs and provide technical assistance to operations personnel
• Act as custodian for company equipment and materials
