Barista Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Barista Supervisor to join our team at City Market. This position offers an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting store managers with daily operations, supervising baristas, and ensuring that all customers receive excellent service. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of product quality and cleanliness.

• Supervise and train baristas to meet company standards.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and cleanliness.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, plus one to two years of experience in customer service and six months of management experience.
• Barista certification and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
