Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Supervisor to join our team at Life Time. As a key member of our Aquatics Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of programming and customer service in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Aquatics Team to provide a safe and friendly environment for all members
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time programs, products, and services in a professional and timely manner
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for Aquatics Team Members
  • Promote Life Time's swim program and services to members

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • 1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience
  • 1 year of lifeguarding experience
  • 6 months of head guard or supervising experience
  • Lifeguard and First Aid certified
  • Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services
  • Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
  • Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs

Preferred Requirements

  • Some college or working towards a 4-year degree
