- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Provide Primary Care Services: Offer high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages, promoting wellness and managing acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop Individualized Care Plans: Create and implement tailored care plans, ensuring a patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Manage Acute and Chronic Illnesses: Diagnose, treat, and manage various health conditions, prescribing medications as needed.
- Educate Patients: Teach patients and their families about health promotion, disease prevention, and condition management.
- Education: Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner Program; Bachelor's Degree in the healthcare field is desirable.
- Certifications: AAPA certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Licenses: Texas License by the Board of Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner.
