Senior Rehabilitation Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and be licensed to practice in Illinois or Wisconsin. They will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills, as well as intermediate computer skills.
Responsibilities- Plan and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with varying levels of physical abilities.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care.
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure to practice in Illinois or Wisconsin.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
