Job Summary:
The Clinical Educator/Supervisor RN plays a crucial role in the delivery of patient care services on an assigned shift. This position assists the unit manager in supervision, education, and management of nursing personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the organization's needs and support the mission, values, and management of patient care services.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the unit manager in supervision, education, and management of nursing personnel
• Ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient care services
• Support the mission, values, and management of patient care services
• Collaborate with the unit manager to develop and implement education programs for nursing personnel
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services

Requirements:
• 2 Years of experience in a nursing-related area
• 1 Year of experience in education, teaching, and facilitation of learning
• 1 Year of leadership experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Registered Nurse required
• National Certification in Nursing required within 1 year of hire

Work Schedule:
Evenings/Nights

Weekend and Call Requirements:
As needed
