Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Counsel patients on health care and prescription medication needs, providing education and support to promote healthy outcomes.
  • Maintain confidential information and documentation, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
  • Model and enforce proper customer service approaches and techniques, ensuring exceptional patient experiences.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement business solutions, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying expertise to drive business growth and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

As a Walmart Pharmacist, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $98,000.00-$172,000.00, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
