We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor Specialist to join our team in New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating project work tasks, monitoring budgets, establishing project teams, administering survey manpower, and communicating with clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate project work tasks for multiple projects.
  • Monitor and oversee project budgets.
  • Establish project teams.
  • Administer and oversee survey manpower and activities.
  • Communicate and build client relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience as a Land Surveyor.
  • Licenses in New York and New Jersey (New Jersey license preferred).
  • Proficiency in Carlson 2018 with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Ability to examine and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
  • Ability to examine boundary evidence survey resolutions.
  • Construction Layout computations and calculations.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and more.
