We are currently seeking an Executive Chef to join our team, leading the culinary vision of our restaurants in Philadelphia, PA, and Long Beach Island, NJ.

As an Executive Chef at Fearless Restaurants, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of cooking experience in a professional environment. You should possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team. Additionally, you should have advanced knife-handling skills, a passion for local farmer relationships, and a solid understanding of food safety knowledge. A current ServSafe certification or PA Food Handlers certification is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, with a potential bonus of up to $15,000.
