Senior Environmental Advisor

About the Role:
Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. seeks an experienced Environmental Due Diligence Consultant to join our team. As an employee-owned company, we value dedication, teamwork, and client satisfaction. This role will be responsible for providing technical environmental consulting services on due diligence transaction projects for local, regional, and national clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline, with 2-4 years of individual and/or consulting experience in environmental due diligence projects. Strong knowledge of E1527, excellent written and verbal communication, and analytical skills are essential. Additionally, ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental due diligence projects for corporate, industrial, and commercial transactions.
• Provide consulting advice to corporate, financial, and legal clients.
• Design and implement Phase I and II ESA and Brownfields site assessments.
• Support BLE Principals and Project Managers to effectively manage projects.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits including medical/vision/dental insurance, 401(K) with partial company matching, life insurance, short/long term disability, paid vacation, paid sick leave, and eight (8) paid holidays.
