Job Summary:

The Guzman Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests
• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages to our discerning guests
• Accurately process guest payments, handling cash and credit card transactions with attention to detail
• Manage inventory levels, stock supplies, and ensure that the bar is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
• Promote special offers, seasonal cocktails, and premium beverages to increase sales and enhance the guest experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Up-to-date Food Handlers Card and AZ Title 4
• Experience providing excellent cocktails in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary and Perks:

$50,000 - $65,000 per annum, plus competitive benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and advancement, and a positive and collaborative work environment
