Job Summary
A Bright Future For Tomorrow Academy seeks a dedicated and nurturing Early Childhood Educator to provide a safe, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for toddlers aged 1 to 3 years old. As a Toddler Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in fostering early childhood development by facilitating social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.

This role offers the opportunity to create engaging and age-appropriate activities while ensuring the well-being of each child under your care. You will work closely with parents or guardians to share updates on children's progress, daily activities, and developmental milestones through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences.

The successful candidate will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) and CPR and First Aid certification (often required). A strong background in toddler development milestones and early childhood education techniques is essential. Experience in a toddler or early childhood setting is preferred but not necessary. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 per year, based on national averages.
