As a Radiology Specialist, you will be responsible for operating diagnostic fluoroscopy and cardiac equipment, monitoring patient vitals, and assisting physicians during procedures. Your primary duties will include preparing procedure rooms and equipment, circulating, and transmitting digital images in picture archiving and communicating systems (PACS).

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of Ochsner Health.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have an Associate degree in radiologic sciences and be registered as a Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). You should also possess Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
