We are seeking a Nurse Leader - Long-term Care Specialist to join our team as a Unit Manager - RN. In this role, you will be accountable for the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare on your assigned nursing unit, achieving positive clinical outcomes, patient/family, and employee satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage, participating in developing and implementing ways to achieve patient goals and minimize rehospitalizations, mentoring and educating nurses, overseeing medication management, and providing direct patient care.

Requirements
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Associate Degree in Nursing, three years of nursing experience
  • Nursing Diploma, three years of nursing experience
  • BSN, two years nursing experience
  • At least one year of nurse leadership experience required
  • Must possess current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center state
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification
