General Foreperson

Wright Tree Service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreperson to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a line clearance crew and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of our vegetation management services.

• Supervise and train crew members to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Coordinate with Human Resources to manage crew member employment, including hiring, discipline, and separation of employment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to crew members to promote growth and development.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience working on tree trimming or clearing crews.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of trees, including identification, growth habits, and arboricultural techniques.
• Understanding of OSHA rules and guidelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
