Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, thanking, and engaging with guests in a genuine and welcoming manner.
  • Resolve guest concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Promote and sell our products and services, including our loyalty program and digital services.
  • Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

We're looking for a Guest Advocate who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, is a team player, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
  • Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
