Job SummaryWe are seeking a licensed therapist or social worker to join our Lake Forest team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination and referrals
- Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services

- Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field
- License or certification as a therapist or social worker (or in-process of obtaining)
- Minimum of 20 clients per week (25 office hours)
- Weekend availability (for the first year of employment)
- Experience with counseling and a strong passion for delivering high-quality care
