Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Development Specialist to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This is a full-time position that requires experience operating heavy equipment with GPS technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GPS systems, previous experience operating excavators with GPS technology, and the ability to achieve accurate excavation control.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate excavators equipped with GPS technology for digging, grading, trenching, and earthmoving tasks
  • Utilize the GPS system to achieve accurate positioning and excavation control
  • Perform precise trenching and digging operations according to project requirements
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on the excavator and report any equipment malfunctions
  • Coordinate with team members, including surveyors and supervisors, for efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any incidents or safety concerns

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
