Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Marietta, GA. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing rehabilitative services to disabled, injured, and diseased patients. Your primary goal will be to help patients achieve maximum physical potential and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Direct Patient Care: You will evaluate muscle, skeletal, neurological, and other physical problems to develop effective treatment plans.
- Treatment Coordination: You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Documentation: You will maintain accurate records of patient care, adhering to quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Communication: You will effectively communicate with medical staff, patients, and colleagues to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required. A Master's Degree is preferred.
- Experience: Typically 5 years of experience in orthopedic settings with expertise in modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment. Outpatient experience is highly desirable.
