Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team at Omega Enterprises.

Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure seamless communication with customers.
  • Plan and manage routes, schedules, and loading/unloading points for our locations.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant regulations, including driving and rest times, working hours, and other legal requirements.
  • Effectively manage our fleet, including vehicle rental and workshop planning.
Requirements
  • Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or a commercial vocational qualification.
  • Experience in dispatching is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Business acumen and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of foreign languages (English or Romanian) is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends (alternating).
