We're seeking a highly skilled data thought leader to spearhead our analytics and modeling efforts. As a key member of our data organization, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize our subscription business. This includes constructing methods to optimize package and pricing structures, forecasting subscriber growth and value, and building key financial metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics and modeling capabilities to inform business decisions.
  • Design and implement data pipelines to support business intelligence and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of industry experience in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research).
  • Proven expertise in machine learning and forecasting techniques, with a deep understanding of ML lifecycle best practices.
  • Experience designing and building metrics, from conception to data pipeline implementation.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R, with expertise in SQL.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience building ML applications for Finance.
  • Experience with setting up experiments and/or utilizing non-experimental causal inference methods like regression analysis to inform business decisions.
