This position is based at the Penn Center for Food and Nutrition Policy, which aims to identify and evaluate policies and interventions that prevent nutrition-related chronic diseases. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our research goals by leading all aspects of data management and analysis within the Center.

Salary
$125,000 per year, plus benefits.

Job Description
Lead Strategic Planning for Data Analysis Activities
Develop and implement strategic plans for the lab's data analysis activities over the next 5 years, aligning them with our research objectives and priorities. Ensure seamless integration of data analytics into all stages of the research process, from study design to dissemination. Conduct advanced statistical analyses of research data to inform decision-making and drive progress towards our mission. Collaborate closely with the Center Director and research staff to integrate data analytics into all stages of the research process, from study design to dissemination.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Philosophy, or related field* 5-7 years of postdoctoral experience* Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and projects* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in statistical analysis and data visualization* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders* Experience working in a fast-paced research environment
