This is a permanent position requiring a commitment to maintain the integrity of our products, the health of our consumers, and the reputation of our brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's food safety and quality assurance protocols.
  • Lead the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) program, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations.
  • Manage and resolve any food safety and quality issues that arise, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Train and mentor staff in food safety and quality assurance practices.
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure the highest quality of products.
  • Continuously review and improve the food safety and quality assurance systems to keep up with industry advancements and regulatory changes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of the food safety and quality assurance systems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance in the manufacturing industry.
  • Certified in HACCP with a solid understanding of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance practices and procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor staff.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality assurance software.
