As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and championing our Quality Control, Proficiency Testing, and inventory programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee laboratory operations, including quality control, proficiency testing, and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards
  • Champion our Quality Control, Proficiency Testing, and inventory programs
  • Lead a dedicated team of laboratory professionals

Requirements:

  • MT, ASCP, HEW, NCA licensure
  • At least 5 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a supervisory role
  • BLS certification via the American Heart Association
