Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to address their unique requirements.
- Implement evidence-based practices and interventions to promote patient recovery, comfort, and well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Monitor patients' responses to treatment, making adjustments as needed to ensure effective care.
- Document patient information, progress, and outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent within 90 days of hire.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Trauma Nurse course certification (TNCC) within one year of hire.
