Network Engineering Opportunity

MAXISIQ, Inc. is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to support our fast-paced environment in a high visibility office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing innovative solutions to achieve operational excellence and identifying and resolving network issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, install, and troubleshoot routing and switching systems on Cisco and Juniper equipment.
  • Develop and implement L2 and L3 VPNs across an MPLS network.
  • Monitor networks and use analysis tools to identify performance issues.
  • Repair identified issues and provide innovative solutions to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
  • Demonstrated experience performing network engineering on Sponsor mission systems.
  • Demonstrated experience working with TCP IP protocol suite, IP subnet masking, and routing protocols.
  • Obtained (active or past) Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Juniper Network Certified Internet Professional (JNCIP) certifications, or have equivalent experience in designing, implementing and managing multivendor LAN and WAN networks.

Optional Skills:

  • Experience supporting the Sponsor's A&A process.
  • Certification(s) such as Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Juniper Network Certified Internet Expert (JNCIE), or Information System Security Engineer Professional (ISSEP).
