As a Physical Therapist with Connected, you'll:
- Direct physical therapy treatment and evaluate home environments.
- Assess and evaluate therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status for the development of the total plan of care.
- Provide patient, caregiver, and family education and counseling.
We're looking for a Physical Therapist with:
- Active Physical Therapist licensure in Oregon.
- 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently.
- A current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
