Role Summary:

The Retail Engagement and Marketing (REM) division is dedicated to the seamless creation and execution of top-tier experiences. We are in search of a detail-oriented production designer who possesses a keen eye for aesthetics and precision. This individual will collaborate closely with design leads, creative teams, and marketing stakeholders to produce visually appealing and effective designs for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist creative and design teams in executing projects with precision, ensuring pixel-perfect production. Your collaboration will be essential in driving project success.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential design and production challenges, including localization, image adjustments, and resolution considerations.
  • Plan and adapt designs for various digital and print formats, ensuring alignment with core creative elements and specifications.
  • Develop comprehensive production guidelines, detailing design direction and specifications for both internal and external collaborators.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and resourcefulness in addressing project needs, enhancing workflows and processes to improve design quality and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with creative team members, vendors, and project managers to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the production process.
  • Present ideas clearly and effectively to senior creative and project management teams.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in production design within an agency or corporate graphic design setting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the creative process, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in mechanical production and skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, with advanced capabilities in photo retouching and design software.
  • Experience in implementing creative design across multiple mediums.
  • Ability to work from sketches, rough layouts, and verbal instructions.
  • Capable of recognizing when to seek guidance from senior creative staff and open to constructive feedback.
  • Strong partnership skills, maintaining professionalism in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The compensation for this position is competitive and may include benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and 401(k) options based on tenure and hours worked.
