About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care services, including evaluation, assessment, treatment planning, and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess patients with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care
  • Participate in program development and evaluation
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communicative Disorders or equivalent education/experience
  • California Speech Language Pathologist License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 0-3 years clinical experience as a practicing therapist
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in program or staff development
  • Experience as a clinical instructor for interning students
  • Experience participating in community service events
