Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Concord Physical Therapy center location. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide assessment of patient condition based on diagnosis from the referring physician and establish and implement appropriate physical therapy treatment programs to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients reach their maximum performance level.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient condition and develop personalized treatment plans

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy
