The Autism Learning Center has an exciting opportunity for a skilled RBT/ABA Therapist to join our team as a full-time employee. In this role, you will work with young children with autism (2-10 years old) in Fairfax County, VA, providing high-quality ABA therapy.
Our organization offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary of $60,000 per year, health insurance, PTO, and a matching 401(k) plan. We also provide monthly gas allowances and cover certification renewal fees.
This position requires experience in ABA therapy, with RBT Certification being a significant advantage. You must be willing to relocate to Virginia to live near our clients in Fairfax County.
