Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Caregiver PCA- HHA to provide personal care and support services to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Caregiver PCA- HHA, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and promoting the overall well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with household tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes to our team
  • Document provided services and maintain accurate records
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients
Requirements
  • Valid NYS HHA Certification or PCA Certification
  • Physical within the past 9 months
  • PPD within the past 9 months or chest x-ray within 5 years
  • Proof of MMR Immunization
  • Drug Screen
  • Valid ID and Social Security Card
  • Proficiency in English
  • Warmth, compassion, patience, trustworthiness, an upbeat and confident personality, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills
