Daytime Cleaner

The Daytime Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the facility, ensuring a positive member experience.

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
• Stocking and Reporting: Stock locker rooms with proper supplies and paper products, and report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
• Customer Service: Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service and handling front desk-related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating updates to member accounts.
• Problem-Solving: Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and elevate issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.

• Custodial Experience: Preferred experience in custodial or facilities maintenance.
• Punctuality and Reliability: Must be punctual and reliable, with the ability to work the overnight shift.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and walk continually during shifts, and occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
