About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our brand, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with members, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Promote our brand and services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our unique fitness program
  • Work closely with our trainers to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience for our members
  • Assist with sales and marketing efforts, including promoting our studio and services to the local community
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand and services
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
